Meet Jess
Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Hi, I’m Jess, the founder of Aurora Recovery & Support and a dedicated Psychosocial Recovery Coach. With over 15 years of lived experience in mental health, I bring not only professional knowledge but a deep, personal understanding of what it means to navigate life with mental health challenges.
My journey has shaped my passion for helping others reclaim their strength, rediscover hope, and build lives that feel meaningful and fulfilling. I hold formal qualifications in mental health and NDIS training, and I’m committed to walking alongside each person I support with empathy, respect, and genuine care.
At Aurora, I believe recovery is not a one-size-fits-all path. It’s personal—and I’m here to support you on yours. Whether you're working toward goals, building confidence, or simply trying to find balance, I’ll be with you every step of the way.
