When you enquire or make a referral, we collect the details you provide — such as name, contact details, suburb, the supports being sought and any accessibility or safety information you choose to share. We ask you not to include unnecessary medical or sensitive information through this website.
How we use it
Information is used to respond to your enquiry, work out whether Aurora can safely and appropriately provide the support requested, and to arrange and deliver agreed supports.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with your consent, with people you have authorised such as a nominee or support coordinator, or where we are required or permitted to by law.
Storage and security
Records are kept securely with access limited to people who need it to arrange or deliver your support.
